PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

At LYVIT ORIGINALS, we understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel an order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing it.

Orders may be cancelled within a limited period after purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing or dispatch. Once an order has been prepared for shipment or handed over to our delivery partners, it can no longer be cancelled.

If a cancellation request is approved before processing begins, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

In certain cases, limited-edition releases, special collections, promotional items, or products marked as final sale may not be eligible for cancellation once an order has been confirmed.
